From a vacation dream to good living ...

Our story began with an unforgettable vacation in January 2025.

Friends of ours convinced us it was time to experience Costa Rica and the Pura Vida lifestyle!! These same friends offered up their family condo where we experienced 10 days of pure bliss, filled with poolside relaxation and breathtaking walks on the many close by beaches.

We quickly fell in-love with Cabo Velas Estates - the amenities, the location, and the charming friendly community had everything we were looking for. I found myself relaxing by the pool falling down the real estate rabbit hole.

In February 2025, Good Living LLC. was born and proudly purchased Condo #36 in the beautiful Cabo Velas community, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter.
